• Completely cover your floors and furniture with drop cloths

• Remove light switch and ceiling fixture covers

• Wash off any grease or dirt build-up off walls

• Perform any necessary repairs to the drywall or plaster

• Tape mask around all wood work and unmovable fixtures

• Prime Paint - we use quality interior paints from Sherwin Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore,Olympic and others.   

• We clean up all of our tools and materials each day, and we leave the inside of your home looking great.

Painting Exteriors

When Power Washing we will: 

​Whether it's just a sidewalk, boat or whole house, we'll take the time to make sure it's done right!  

• Move your deck furniture, outdoor cabinetry

• Perform any necessary repairs to the sealing of siding/framing

When Exterior Painting we will:

• Clean exterior surfaces
  

• Scrape all existing loose paint from the entire exterior

• Complete repairs to the siding, fill holes, caulk, sand, and patch

• Prime - we use professional-quality paints. - we use quality paint from industry leaders Benjamin Moore, Olympic, Coronado, Behr and Sherwin Williams 
  

• We will protect your property from any paint spills or drips by using drop cloths on the ground and surfaces.  
  

• We will cover your flowers, shrubs, hedges, plants, and move or cover your porch and yard furniture if necessary.  
  

• When finished, we walk around the property with the owner, and the job will not be considered complete until you are 100% satisfied with the results.  
  

• We clean up our tools and materials each day.
